Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at our discretion and may be subject to restocking fees. Custom-built systems are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
6. Custom PC Builds
Custom-built PCs are assembled to customer-selected specifications.
- Build timelines are estimates only.
- Compatibility is assessed based on information available at the time of build.
- Once assembly has commenced, changes may not be possible.
Warranty coverage applies to individual components as provided by the manufacturer.
7. IT Support Services
We provide IT support services remotely Australia-wide and on-site in Melbourne where available.
- Services are provided on a best-efforts basis.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing issues, third-party software failures, or data loss unless caused by our negligence.
You are responsible for ensuring data backups are in place prior to any IT support services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
- Our liability is limited to the resupply of goods or services, or the cost of resupply.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you are entitled to under Australian Consumer Law.
